• Supplement if needed. When the initial estimate undercounts the damage, we submit a documented supplement with photos and dent maps.
• Repair and payment. We repair on the approved scope and coordinate payment with the carrier. You're generally responsible for your comprehensive deductible.

Photograph the vehicle where it sat and note the date of the storm — carriers ask.
